Gravity Forms is our favorite form builder. We pair it with Gravity Perks and Gravity View for powerful and flexible directories. We have integrated Stripe and PayPal payment gateways with our forms.
Women Eco Artists Directory
Artists who join WEAD may create a public profile and upload a gallery of 15 of their works. We created this functionality with Gravity Forms and Gravity Perks. We created custom code to add the author gallery as a new NextGen gallery. Artists and their works are searchable using a Gravity Form based on name, publication name, location and artist interests.
Aloha Bob Driving Academy
Bob has multiple instructors who work with multiple high schools. Each instructor has their own preferred schedule. We use Gravity Forms to allow the customer to first choose their school. The Populate Anything plugin fills in the available instructors for the school. We use Simply Schedule for date and time choices and Square for initial deposit. A pdf contract is generated and sent to the customer and the office.
Sync Recovery
Sync Recovery is a non-profit that offers community events for the recovery community. Their first goal was to reduce the time it took to register for an event. We created a profile form for each attendee to fill in once with their info. Editing ability was also provided. Moving the name, address, emergency contact info the profile simplified the event registration form. After the user logs in, they only need to complete the event specific details.
We also configured an easy method for attendees to sign up for the waitlist if the event was already full. Event managers only need to copy the Gravity Form template to the new event and set the limit on attendees for this to work.
Independent Publishers of New England
IPNE has both memberships and annual conferences where authors sign up and pay using Gravity Forms. We built author profile and book award submission forms for IPNE. Authors can add details about each of their published works to their profile through nested forms.
Heritage Family Cemeteries
We built an intake system for their Virginia and Tennessee cemetery purchases. The directors guide each family through the many available options and the form calculates the total due. This includes calculations for maintenance, taxes and finance charges. Custom code performs age checks and other validation. A pdf contract is generated. View website.
Vote Climate PAC
Donors to Vote Climate must beong to one of these categories: U.S. PACs, labor unions, corporations, individual U.S. Citizens or permanent residents. Individuals must identify their employer. We use Gravity Forms to collect this information and the donation ( through Stripe ).
