Gravity Forms is our favorite form builder. We pair it with Gravity Perks and Gravity View for powerful and flexible applications. We have integrated Stripe and PayPal payment gateways with our forms.
Women Eco Artists Directory
Artists who join WEAD may create a public profile and upload a gallery of 15 of their works. We created this functionality with Gravity Forms and Gravity Perks. We created custom code to add the author gallery as a new NextGen gallery. Artists and their works are searchable using a Gravity Form based on name, publication name, location and artist interests.
Independent Publishers of New England
IPNE has both memberships and annual conferences where authors sign up and pay using Gravity Forms. We built author profile and book award submission forms for IPNE. Authors can add details about each of their published works to their profile through nested forms. Gravity View allows others to read about the authors.
Heritage Family Cemeteries
We built an intake system for their Virginia and Tennessee cemetery purchases. The directors guide each family through the many available options and the form calculates the total due. This includes calculations for maintenance and taxes. Custom code performs age checks and other validation. A pdf contract is generated. View website.
