William Kincheloe has many home remodeling skills. He has tiled bathrooms, restored historic exteriors, and landscaped large properties. For his website, we needed to narrow down his focus to the work he enjoyed the most – custom decks and custom cabinets.
William had extensive photos of his recent projects. He chose the Flexible Theme from Elegant Themes because it was responsive, and highlighted his portfolio boldly. It features a custom post type “Projects” that works well for a construction business. Currently, the Recent Work section highlights Decks and Builtins. If William wants to highlight other skill areas in the future, it is easy to add a new project category.
We are also using the WP Customer Review plugin to collect client feedback. As always, Contact Form 7 works well for the Contact page. In the future, we will add more projects to William’s website. New low maintenance materials can be detailed in the About pages of his website.
